Tobacco Settlement
Pursuant to Senate Bill 2001 of the 2d extraordinary session of the Mississippi Legislature, 2009, the following entities have entered into a settlement agreement with the State of Mississippi in the case of Mike Moore, Attorney General, ex. rel. State of Mississippi v. The American Tobacco Company et al., Chancery Court of Jackson County, Mississippi, Cause Number 94-1429.
